Hey, I’m Lynn.
Psychologist / Therapist (she/they)
Originally from Luxembourg, I’ve spent the last seven years in multiple different countries. Along the way, I’ve learned to navigate cultural adaptation firsthand, an experience that helps me relate to those adjusting to new environments.
I speak six languages, including English, German and Luxembourgish in which I feel comfortable providing therapy. If your mother tongue is French, Spanish, or Dutch, know that I can keep basic conversations in those languages as well.
As someone who is queer and neurodivergent, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that can come with navigating the world as part of a minority. My personal and professional experiences allow me to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.
Areas of expertise: Anxiety, ADHD & AuDHD, Overwhelm, High Sensitivity, Disconnect, Depression, Stress & more
My goal is to empower you to reconnect with yourself and your values, fostering a sense of agency and balance in your life.
I strive to provide a fully inclusive and warm environment for all, continually engaging in training and supervision to ensure my practice remains a safe space for everyone. Anyone who might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood is welcome.
